Salt Lake City
Salt Lake City, 25 December 2025 to 3 January 2026. We stayed close to the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon and skied at Brighton. On New Year’s Day we drove out to the Bonneville Salt Flats. We also toured downtown — including the viewpoint at Ensign Peak — and ate well: Laurel Brasserie & Bar, Finn’s Café, The Park Café, Tsunami, and Sunday’s Best.
